In these years many mistakes have been done in the workflow, but for all misytakes solutions or explanations have been found and implemented into the workflow.

Proteomics: planning and conduction Proteomics' experiments, performing sample preparation steps, understanding the data from protein identifications and interpret them. Understanding the results from database search programs and interpreting them. All steps of complex Proteomics' experiments can be included in the training.

Proteomics' approaches to study biological systems and to understand complex processes requires a number of diverse techniques, from sample preparation to protein and PTM identification and quantification and data interpretation. Proteomics.Asia offers training in all Proteomics related fields.

Protein analysis: recombinant proteins for therapeutic use need to be analysed for approval. Understanding these analysis, especially when conducted by contract labs is of highest importance, Proteomics.Asia trains in understanding the results.

Proteomics.Asia will conduct theoretic workshops (1 - 5 days) in Proteomics and Protein Analysis. The complex field can be splitted into more workshops. Workshops are also conducted on understanding and using database search software and how to turn the data into information.

Proteomics.Asia will conduct practical workshops in your lab, lectures to explain the workflows and the background and hands-on training to perform the experiments. These can take between 5 days to any time required to get the work running smoothly.
